Posco predicts South Korea's steel demand no longer grows till next year2017-04-18

It is reported that Posco indicated the South Korea''s steel demand no longer grows till next year during the World Steel Association Executive Committee and regular meeting held in Beijing last week, with the world''s major steel mills to exchange the steel industry development plan and views.
South Korean economy has also down in the past few years, especially for exports because of China''s economic slowdown in the reform of the policy. On the other hand, the South Korean economy of iron and steel intensity decreased, including the demand fell in construction, automotive and shipbuilding industry, which still make South Korean steel demand decreased by 2.8% compared with the same period of last year.
