Widely applied to automobile, fitness equipment and electricity industry.
We apply high frequency welding and online ID scarfing technology to produce precision ERW tube. The residual height of ID scarf is within +0.05/-0.10, which enables to be used for shock absorber cylinder, steering column and other auto parts application. Meanwhile sinking and drift expansion are feasible and max deformation achieves 45% with good apperance uniformity, which is not available for seamless tubes and ordinary ERW tube.
